Terms of Use
This is a review draft for the Flairy website and an unreleased family storytelling app. The app sections describe proposed processing in the implemented launch candidate, subject to qualification and approval before release. They do not state that those app services are currently available. Website processing must be confirmed against the deployed website before publication.
The Flairy website and planned app are operated by Olivehill LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States. The proposed contact is contact@flairy.ai.
Website waitlist
Joining the Flairy website waitlist is free. It does not guarantee an app launch date, access to the app, a place in a beta, or a particular future price or offer. The app is in preparation. These draft app terms require review before the app becomes available.
Using Flairy with your family
An adult account holder manages the family account, child profiles, story requests and purchases. Keep your account secure and provide only information and photos you are authorized to use. Do not upload another person's private information or photo without appropriate permission.
Stories and AI-generated content
Flairy creates personalized stories, illustrations and narration using AI services. Generated content can contain mistakes or unexpected results. Adults should use their judgment when sharing it with children. Flairy is for shared storytelling and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or a verified educational assessment.
Keep personal information in story requests to what is needed for the story. Do not use Flairy to generate unlawful, exploitative or harmful material, or to bypass safety or access controls.
Subscriptions
Available plans, prices, billing periods and any usage limits are shown with the offer before you purchase. Apple handles subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Manage or cancel those subscriptions using your Apple account. Removing the app or deleting your Flairy account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Privacy and support
Read the Privacy Notice for information about the processing of family and story data. For account, story or privacy help, contact contact@flairy.ai. Never send your password or payment-card details in a support message.
Consumer rights
These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Open items before publication
- Publishable legal/business address, registration details and any other applicable trader disclosures.
- Apple standard EULA versus approved custom licence and the relationship between that licence and these service terms.
- Ownership/licence for uploaded content and generated outputs, tied to actual provider terms.
- Automatic renewal disclosure, trials, usage limits, failed-generation allowance treatment and refund process.
- Proportionate suspension/termination, liability and changes to terms; no invented governing-law exclusion of EU consumer rights.
- Effective date and owner approval before these become final public terms.
